How to report?
Online platform www.kallxo.com provides the possibility for all Kosovo citizens to report cases of corruption, organized crime, fraud, conflicts of interest, and other cases of abuses of official capacity, neglect, inaction, infringement of rights of Kosovo citizens, or infringement of general interests. Reports of corruption can be made in all areas, including central and local administration, education, healthcare, courts, economy, etc.
Reported cases shall be presented in the map of Kosovo, and will be sent to the relevant institutions. The www.kallxo.com team, in cooperation with reporters of Jeta në Kosovë and Drejtësia në Kosovë will ensure monitoring of actions by such relevant institutions in resolving reported cases.
Identity of citizens reporting cases will remain confidential and will be protected by the www.kallxo.com team, regardless of whether the informers have provided personal identity information or not.
Reporting in www.kallxo.com can be done in the following ways:
1. SMS – send and SMS text in the number 044/224-498. Your text message should be clear, describing the reported case in as many details as possible.
2. Online, in the web page www.kallxo.com, in the section REPORT.
a. Title of the report – insert the title of the case you wish to report. Be brief and clear.
b. Description – describe the case in as many details as possible
c. The case occurred on – date and time when the case has occurred. Defining the date will be helpful to the www.kallxo.com team towards an easier and faster identification of reported cases.
d. The case occurred in – select from the list the municipality where the case has occurred. Defining the location will be helpful to the www.kallxo.com team towards an easier and faster identification of reported cases.
e. Institution involved – select from the list the institution where the case has occurred. Defining the institution will be helpful to the www.kallxo.com team towards an easier and faster identification of reported cases.
f. The case is in relation to – select from the list the type of the case you are reporting. If you are uncertain of the type of the case you are reporting, please use the next field. Place your mouse pointer over the types indicated: conflict of interest, corruption and fraud - to see a definition of such offences. Defining the type of case will be helpful to the www.kallxo.com team towards an easier and faster identification of reported cases.
g. Click in the field REPORT
Optional Information – this section of the platform offer reporters the possibility to provide additional information, which will be helpful to the www.kallxo.com team towards an easier and faster identification of reported cases.

Name, phone number and email of the person reporting a case, even when completed in this section of the platform, will remain confidential and will not be disclosed.
