CATEGORIES OF USURPATION
The criteria used in order to identify the pavement usurpers are based on an investigation conducted by Kallxo’s reporters in the past few months while they have been monitoring the pavements of Prishtina City Centre and collecting comments from pedestrians in the street.
Three main types of pavement usurpation have been observed
