Ndertimi shkolles ne fshatin NN
Pershndetje e nderuara redaksi, me ane te ketij shkrimi deshiroj te ju njoftoj se shkolla jone NN ne NN tash e afer 12 vite pas dridhjeve te tokes qe kane ndodhur ne vitin 2004 eshte ne gjendje te mjerueshme. Shkolla jone numron rreth 100 nxenes dhe zhvillon mesimin ne kater paralele deri ne klasen e 8-te. Faleminderit per ndihmen tuaj, mundesisht me njoftoni nese e keni marre porosine.

Korrupsioni dhe nepotizmi ne NN
NN hap konkurs ne muajin 09.2015 per 4 pozita per NN edhe ne perfundim te ktij konkursi pranohet NN dhe NN te dy keta NN e besa nuk i ndaloi as akuza nga NN te cilen NN e ka per tenderin 6 milionsh. Me ni proces konkursi totalisht te kurdisur nga 300 pjesmarres per 4 pozita NN pranon vetem keta dy dhe del me arsyetimin se prej 300 pjesmaresve vetem kta 2 jan te afte, dhe 2 vende tjera i lan te zbrasta normalisht se konkursi ishte hapur per kta 2 persona, e jo per 4 sa ishte ne shpallje. Keta keqperdorus analfabet ne listen e rezulltatit te kandidatve totalisht ja huqin ne llogaritjen e poenave ( shif foton e rezulltatit) me ni kalkulim te thjesht del ne shesh manipulimi i tyre : vlersimi i testit me shkrim shumzohet me 0.4 perqind dhe vlersimi me goj shumzohet me 0.6 perqind ku ktu ja kan fut me shifra pa lidhje e jo sa ban.( shife foton). Tax fraud and governmental corruption: public transportation in NN
Description of case: as I bought in the bus NR. 4 a ticket (private operator with sign in the window that it is a bus driving for the city of NN) I asked for a "KUPON FISKAL" with the official tax number on it. The conductor just offered a private ticket (attached file) and I asked why he doesn't have a tax stamp on it. The conductor answered that his company does not pay taxes at all. When I asked him why this bus operator does not pay taxes he answered that after reaching an agreement with the city of NN they do not need to pay taxes anymore. When I asked him about it and why this agreement allows them to operate without taxes, the conductor answered that the city of NN has with approx 400 buses driving for them an agreement that allows them to operate without paying taxes for this operations. I asked the operator if he knows more details about this agreement, he just answered that this agreement has been reached a while ago, the police knows according to the conductor about this agreement between the city of NN and these approx. 400 buses and that the police does not investigate this case. The conductor answered to the question if he knows that this is a possible tax fraud that he knows that it is fraud but as all private buses in Pristina follow according to the conductor the same procedure, this operator also does not pay taxes.
